4Ps Vs 4Ps: A reflection on innovation.

Principles for organisation to be successful agent of innovation. Emphasise on 4Ps before 4Ps. To put:
1. People before process. Big organisations have tons of processess in place. Even in small organisation, some processes are put in place in the name of efficiency. But people's needs and potentials differs. So do events in real world, they are unpredictable, volatile. Be prepared to let go processess when faced with peculiar or unpredictable situation.
2. *Public before profit*. Any venture fixated on making selfish gains will stagnate or fall out of favor. Sincere, egalitarian effort to improve the experience of public or end users will be valued, will have resilience and higher chance to prosper in thr long run.
3. *Perspectives before production* rushing to solutions without understanding the whole problems tend to fail. Get as wide perspective of the phenomena as possible before rushing to produce solutions.
4. *Peculiarity before predominance*. Appreciate peculiarity, uniqueness, strange and new ideas and behaviour of members.. Because if solutions lie in the predominant mode of thinking or ideas, there wont be a problem in the first place. So look beyond the predominant mode or approach.
